IT Season Opener

Wow, can you believe it’s over? Summer. It’s gone! Well, the heat’s not, but the kids are back in school, the leaves on the trees are confused and we have weather like Hawaii. Typical Southern California. One thing you can count on though this time of year is the ITD season kicking off. Robert Murray will be leading us to Cougar Buttes in the Lucerne Valley, Oct. 10th -12th. The Buttes always brings some beautiful scenery, some fun riding and a great time of fellowship. The rock formations around camp are always a favorite with the younger crowd. We will be in a similar location to last year, barring anybody getting there before us. Click here for the Google Map. The map will also be linked on the web site and this Email will be posted on the blog. This will get you in the right area, but I am sure that Robert will have the signs up on Thursday so that there will be no confusion. Lisa Kearley and Wendy Northrup will be leading younger riders in Jack Rabbits this month. Please make sure to R.S.V.P. on the roll call so that we can make sure we have the proper supplies and that no one gets left out. The weekends message will be on the unlikely messengers in our lives and how God uses them to guide us in our walk. Don’t forget that Saturday night is our dessert pot luck! We will have our campfire at 7:00 instead of 6:00 to try and get the most out of our daylight savings time and our Saturday morning gathering will be at 9:00 as usual.

Can’t wait to see you all In The Dirt!
